Up up up!
Week 6 Run 2 - 4 miles intervals
Today 's run was intervals deferred from yesterday. This is the hill I sprinted up for 90 seconds 8 times. Needless to say my legs felt it!!
In other news - we have the beginning of a kitchen! I cannot wait for it to be finished.
