Little and Large

In rose-tinted days,
Lives were lived in small circles -
Not in snaking queues.

...... this was taken on our way back from our holidays .... 7 mile queue at the Dartford crossing .... at times like this you have to make your own entertainment... by photographing the traffic ...!

... it just gets worse and worse and the more roads that are built the busier they get. I wonder if we will all reach the point where it's just too difficult to travel anywhere and we will start to live more locally, shopping locally, maybe returning to seasonal products instead of stuff flown in from across the globe. Life needs to get simpler ....
