Soda Bread

The quickest of dough, this instant, yeast-free bread is almost like cake. You'd be forgiven for thinking its rich yellow colour is derived from eggs or polenta, but in fact it's plain old white flour and yoghurt, with a dash of bicarb and salt. Glorious.
