TRIFFID

This small vegetable plant was given to us by our allotment neighbour.....The Rev didn't ask what is was.....it's grown over 3 metres long and has taken over my patio area. Think it's a pumpkin plant as you can see on the last shot!!

Did another swim #10 and a 1 mile walk! Knee really on the mend now although aches a bit after the walking.

TODAY'S SMILE: the Rev is safely back from his Amsterdam / Norway trip.
