Snorting pollen

Well that's what it smells like. I've never understood why hayfever nasal sprays smell like concentrated pollen.

My sinuses are blocked and I am not sure if it hayfever/allergy from being down south because
A) field dust from harvesting
B) I discovered my dad had one of them automatic air fresher things going
C) running through wood and fields

The other explanation is sinusitis, I did develop a sore throat and I had a temperature.

Anyway in either case the treatment is the same - steroids - that's what's in that spray.

I am now finding it easier to breath through my nose, but I'm so breathless and I feel like I've been punched on the back.
