Long run

Went for a long run this morning instead of a gym class, and this was the view once I got to Grandes Rocques. I almost ran down to the sea and joined early morning bathers because it was so warm and the sea looked so enticing. But I pressed on running instead.

Glad I did the run because when I got home I had a call from the blood donor service and am now booked in to give blood in the morning meaning having to cancel body pump.

Hoping that my arm doesn't bruise too much this time as I only have 9 days to get rid of it for our big day!!
