Interesting building laws?

Everywhere along this 20km stretch of road from Akbuk to the crossroads of Didim, this road is slowly being widened. But obviously this new builder seems unaware of this trend. If you follow the faint white line along its path, you may notice that it runs right in front of the nose of the truck edging out behind the new building :)
