Yes, this is a statue of canned beef

It's a slightly tongue-in-cheek statue, located by the National Musuem of History of BiH. It's from the citizens of Sarajevo, thanking the international community for providing food aid during the siege. Except they're not especially thankful for this particular food. It was reportedly so disgusting that even the dogs wouldn't eat it.
