Blood Pressure

Took my Blood Pressure today, Large We bought a wee machine for hubby a few years ago.

Anyhow I am healthy enough, my resting heart rate is nice and low at 53BPM. I often get it under 50BPM but not today.

Lovely day, looks like rain. Enjoying these Commonwealth Games every day.
