Pretty Geranium
Bright, sunny day with a bit of a breeze.
After the excitement of yesterday's Dolphins we went to help organise our Church Cafe over the lunchtime period. We are gradually getting an increase in numbers - it is usually a case of 'word of mouth' recommendations which brings people. We feel we are providing a good community facility where people can meet others, not just eat.
Afterwards, I had an appointment at the Chiro Clinic - actually for back massage from the sweet lady who knows how to find all the sore points and presses them hard. Still, I feel it is gradually doing me good.
My eye caught a lovely geranium plant in the garden and thought it would make a good blip - it is different from the trailing geranium of a wee while ago, but has beautiful colours. The breeze made it more difficult but in the end a fast shutter speed helped.
A verse in appreciation:
Pretty Geranium
Pretty Geranium, sparkling in the sun
Lovely rich colours, better than just one.
Petals so fragile, blowing in the breeze,
Faster shutter speed, we aim to please.
Enjoy your evening - or morning, my upside down friends.
