Creating movement

This shot is deliberately moved (rather like panning, but with a static subject). It's a combination of manual mode, a deepish DOF (f/18), a slowish shutter speed (1/30) - and low light. The view is of the classic winter colors in a Joburg sunset. Looks best in large.
