Showing improvement

I have decided to try and run our evening walk. This is my long term goal. I have started slowly. I have decided to run as many times as I can and make sure I increase the time each time. Today I managed 70 seconds, then 90 seconds then 120 seconds and finally 125 seconds. I told you I started small. We completed the walk in 44 mins. This is the benchmark let's see how it goes.
This dinner was my motivation. I knew the more I ran the quicker I would be home to eat it.
