Switch off

There's a lot of lessons to be learnt from Little Dog.

Today's is, live in the moment.

I enjoyed watching her simply appreciating what was around her - what she could see and of course, even better, what she could smell.

The heather is nearly in full bloom and it's quite a picture. I'm sure Little Dog wasn't thinking that but I made a point of noting it.

The hills and the moors are a great place to switch off and empty your head and I did just that today.
