We saw lions! Ambesole game reserve Kenya

My husband and I are both "Safari virgins" but within ten minutes of entering Ambesole game reserve in Kenya we had seen our first elephant, giraffes and zebra. I was so impressed. I love the elephants best but we were extremely lucky to glimpse two sleepy lionesses. Especially as there are only 50 in the whole park. The lodge is great as well. So good to have running water and electricity again after the Rwandan adventure.
