Blackberry muffins

Trying to de clutter the freezer a little so used up a bag and a half of last years blackberries to make these muffins. Easy recipe which looked a bit bizarre as the liquid ingredients looked curdled (apparently they were supposed to) but it all combined well and they tasted yummy! Pippa not so keen but that means more for me, Henry and daddy!

The hedgerows are starting to show lots of signs of a good crop again this year - jam is the plan this time as well as freezing lots for winter crumbles - we had some on Boxing Day last year. Mmmm can't wait!
