The Lonely Tree

I have driven by this tree numerous times and have always wanted to stop and photograph it. Today, after flying solo to a birthday party for my 4 year old's classmate (with my 4 year old and 20 month old in tow), I needed a quick drive to clear my head. I am not very pleased with this shot, but couldn't muster much else out of my camera today. I look forward to shooting this again with a different lens, in different lighting conditions, and with the help of a few photoshop actions :)
