Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo 2014

I was lucky to be given tickets for the preview night of the Tattoo. After the practice at Redford yesterday it was great to see them all in their uniforms and costumes. It made much more sense too!

I enjoyed seeing the press flitting around the esplanade, it added a certain novelty element, especially during the haka!

The whole show felt more lighthearted than last year, I'm not sure why. Anyway I really enjoyed it & I hope everyone else does too.

Last day of work for a couple of weeks, a great way to start the holidays.
