The Kids And The Moon

Mr. & Mrs. Gull, who mate, nest, patrol and raise their brood on the roof of the house across the alley, decided this evening to introduce the kids, and it was a perfect night for it. Apparently the kids were born just over the peak of the roof this year so we haven't seen them until now. I thought they looked so cute with their plump little bodies. Mom, or Dad, was just off to the right keeping tabs on them but fortunately not squawking as he, or she, has been inclined to do on many recent occasions. I guess it's always tough raising kids. I hope they don't have much trouble with empty nest syndrome. (sorry)
