Ride on

A few years back we were told that the Thursday before the annual Stanwood/Camano Fair is "free night", meaning free admission. I feel like it's the best advice we've ever been given in regards to this event as we get to spend an evening on the rides with relatively no lines and run into so many people we know. The exhibits aren't open yet and the animals are just arriving, but we fill our time with ride after ride, conversation with friends and acquaintances and sno-cones and we never leave feeling like we've missed out on something.
