Cake Baking

For both Amy and James's birthdays, I didn't have an oven so cakes had to be bought. I promised them that the first cakes I baked in my new oven would be belated birthday cakes. So this afternoon that's what we did.

They decided that they would make and decorate each other's cake... result... less work for me! James's theme for Amy was football, and Amy's theme for James was Minecraft. Amy made a little fondant Stampy and a little fondant Steve for the top of the cake. Not being a Minecraft guru like James it was all lost on me, but both he and Amy were very pleased with the result!
