Wine & Cheese

As most of my friends I do like drinking a glass of wine couple of times during the week. But I like to do it with nice people around me. So last night not only good company but also tasty cheese kept me company. I first cooked some Turkish food Mantarli Patatesli Besamel Soslu Oturtma, which I confess was not the best food I have made, but at least my audience was nice enough to say that my potatoes were not well cooked but they were al dente.
