A looming threat

Day 4 of vacanze Italiane.

After catching mountins in the mist we went to Pompeii to do the tourist thing. Our guide was very good, and the streets were very wet.. But when we got to the forum on the hill we could see the culprit of the destruction looming out of the clouds... Vesuvius.
