I've had a busy day; started with a fasting blood test and blood pressure test. My blood pressure is slightly high. I wonder why? Then sorted my contents insurance proposal form and went out in the rain again to post it. It's years since I've done any sort of insurance quote on real paper but that was how they wanted it. Then to Machynlleth to see the lung doctor who told me my recent CT scan was fine. He asked me whether I could do everything I wanted without getting breathless. He seemed to think that climbing the spiral staircase up to the church roof and across the roof was excellent exercise to test my lung function.

So just a quick blip in my series of bicycles...
