Aubergine Chips

Ever wanted an alternative to chips? Not something we often wonder about, but baby aubergines are fantastic at the moment and they make an amazing chip, especially when they have been soaked in lemonade for 5 mins before frying.

Gill and the kids went away today so it is just me and the dog for the next week. This is the worst bit about running your own business by far, but I hope they have a fantastic trip away and I can't wait for them to come home.
