Bow your head in shame

In an ideal world I'd claim that the 36 lengths of the pool I swam alongside Joe this morning was the highlight of my day. He's been swimming practically every day and has been adding an extra few lengths on his efforts each time, I'm really proud of his attitude especially as he walks round there on his own, does his self imposed challenge and walks back.

Unfortunately what I'll probably remember most vividly is watching the pug slide with obvious delight into a huge pool of diarrhoea before leaping out and doing a commando roll into an adjacent pavement pizza.
