Agapanthus in the rain

As it is Yorkshire Day, I was hoping for an appropriate blip, but couldn't find any.
Then it has rained most of the day and so decided I would have to get wet, and so this is a quick garden blip.

I stopped putting food out for the birds, and we haven't seen the homing pigeon for two days. So fingers crossed it has decided to fly off home, or may be someone else's garden!

The wild plums we picked the other day made a very delicious crumble.
However I don't think we will be going to get any more this year.
Maybe next year they will be easier to reach.

Not sure if our barbecue is still on for tomorrow as the forecast is for heavy rain all day!
