I never felt more like singing the blues!

My new season ticket arrived today! Last year we used the one from the previous season. Last year we won 'a lot!' I fear this season won't be the same. I wish we could have won the championship, got the money and the cup and stayed in the Championship.

This afternoon rather than taking mum straight home we took a detour to The Range for some new outdoor chairs. One for mum, reclining type for lying out in the garden reading. We tried a zero gravity one for her but she discovered that once she had lay back she couldn't get up again! Not a good plan! Can just imagine her yelling out to her neighbours to help her get out of her chair. I got a bucket chair in a carry bag for me for Carfest (which I'm hoping will be dry) and a folding stool for miniman. As I dreamed of sunshine the heavens opened! My what rain! We sat in the car outside the house like caged tigers.

At least the garden got watered :)
