Old and new

Old and new buildings in Plymouth this evening.

The church was badly damaged during World War 2 and has been left as a memorial. The new shopping centre behind it provides an interesting contrast.

An horrendous, prolonged drive down in torrential rain; we passed what must have been a 30 mile queue going northwards on the M5, at least one of my blip pals was stuck in it - I do hope they are safely home now.

Kids and I are here for a quick visit to my Mum before David heads off to uni next month. Next month, that is a scary thought!

I am hoping planning to Blip through August to get up to 500 Blips - wish me luck.
