Edible Flower?
Sitting in Mum's garden after dinner I noticed the evening sun catching one of her baskets of petunia. So grabbing the camera I tried to capture that warm glow on one of the flowers.
Later I had a look for this month's challenge and found Chantler63's August Challenge, with today's Foody Friday Challenge. How could I fit my petunia in to this? Wikipedia to the rescue:
Petunia is genus of 35 species of flowering plants of South American origin, closely related to tobacco, cape gooseberries, tomatoes, deadly nightshades, potatoes and chili peppers; in the family Solanaceae.
So there you are, plenty of Foody references there!
