Gosford Estate

Three lots of homework and two school projects completed and a shoulder of lamb popped into the oven on a bed of red onions, garlic,balsamic vinegar, butter beans, tomatoes, red wine, rosemary and thyme.

And all before mid-day.

So we headed down the road to Gosford Estate with the whippet to wander through the woods and work up an appetite.

Judging by the empty plates we've just cleared away it seems to have worked.
