Friday Luma

Today has been one heck of a day, which has been spent in two hospitals. 7 hours spent in a windowless meeting room in Forth Valley Royal Hospital doing patient safety things for work.

My second stint has been at the Southern General Hospital in Glasgow, as my mum had been admitted with what is hopefully, just a minor stroke. She seems in ok spirits, and they are having to do more scans and tests to see what the problem is. It looks as if it is a warning stroke, but only time will tell when the results will come through. Anyway, all is in hand and she is in the best place till they find out more.

Regarding a blip, I didn't fancy blipping a hospital, so here is the lovely Art Deco, Luma Light Factory building, which is now flats, just in front of the Southern General.

Here's hoping tomorrow is better.
