Wooden Shoes

Legend says all Dutch people live in windmills and walk on wooden shoes.

To tell the truth, I never ever walked on them and hardly see anybody else either.

Finally I spotted a pair that were not for sale in a tourist shop, but actually in a shed as working material. Although the woodworm holes betray they haven't been used for quite some time ;-))
