Only the English ...

... would have a barbecue in the rain.

Well it's a bit of a family celebration as Ali & Scott have come back from France and our sons Rich & Tom (& wife Kate) joined us for a long planned family barbecue.

We weren't going to let a bit of rain stop us so barbecue it was.

The only one missing from the party was Richard's recent Fiancee Jenny who is in Beijing having travelled there a couple of days ago. Rich is going to join her in a few weeks and they are intending to work there for the next two years.

We had a Skype conference call with Jenny which was nice
