Fabulous day out with Gita, her centre friends and family.

Love Brighton, the coast and it's long promenade, the bright and lively pier, the smell of doughnuts as you enter, the swooping seagulls hovering above you, buzz and lights from the arcades, screams and laughter of kids on rides, the music from every corner.

Walking on the pebbles, and dipping your feet in the cold water, fish and chips with lots of vinegar, relaxing on the deck chairs eating an ice cream that's melting by the second....hmmmm perfect day out!
