S**t in jars

Recently jars have been taking over my life. This year I tried to can a few things, and after a night with friends and cocktails I soaked decided to set the remains in liquor in a jar. On the left is grapefruit rinds soaked in a small amount of tequila. And the right is lime and lemon soaked in vodka. Each jar is only...40z? Maybe 5oz. I did not measure, so the result will be interesting. I am excited to see how these infusions turn out and what I can do with them.
