Pembroke Castle

This is the Western Hall. This long bailed hall was built between 1219 and 1245 & is lit by a large window in the west wall. (& fairy lights but I guess they are a newer edition!

During the middle Stone Age, the vast cavern beneath the castle was used as a shelter by cave dwellers.
