I am working on a 52 week self portrait project on flickr. I am really proud of myself because since I started on blip, I use to only do self portraits but in the last year I have really started to do different photographs. You do what you know until you feel comfortable to do something new.
But I then realized I wasn't doing self portraits anymore. I like doing them because I know my own face so I can then push ideas and structures and photographic conventions.
I wanted to do a 4 panel but it ended up only as a 3.
I may try again another day.
I am happy that I have finished my only pretty self portrait faze. Now I am not afraid to look unusual or distorted.

52 week project. I am on week 14 I think.
