Well the sun finally came out and shone on the Dig The City Urban Garden Festival. The fountain in the middle of St. Ann's Square has been given a green makeover. Itself an homage to Manchester cotton rich past, it has been greened with real cotton plants. It's been a big success with the public and must be on 1000s of selfies on as many Facebook pages and this one blip...
