Rocquaine regatta

We went to the to rocquaine regatta today with our friends Donna and anyon. Isla and I got the bus from home, which was chokka! But because of the road being closed for the regatta, the bus dropped us at l'eree hotel! So it was a bit of a trek to rocquaine. I'd never been before but it wasn't bad. Enjoyed just sitting on the sea wall and watching the stuff going on on the beach. The wife carry race, greasy pole, kids races, and just people watching in general. Isla had an icecream and a great day out. Got the bus home and managed to get a seat this time. :)
