Avocado-go-go

One of my favourite things in life is going to Ridley Road market on a Saturday and having a full-to-bursting fruit bowl all week (there's a whole lot more in the fridge). It brings me great joy :)

The question is though, what am I going to do with all those avocados?! Guacamole will only make a small dent on that pile. Recipe suggestions welcome.
