Nutritious Smoothie Drink

My daughter asked me to try this .... It is a muddy seaweed green coloured liquid- very off putting colour but I gave it a go as it does smell considerably better than it looks.
Cautiously I took a small sip and the initial flavour is fruity and sweet BUT then the lingering after taste of grass (green garden grass) hits.

On reading the contents it does actually contain 2 grasses!

I have used this as my blip today as a reminder not to ever have this again and if your gut instinct says "naw" dinnae try it!
