I can't argue with that sentiment.

The folk we followed into the bungalow made me look like a none-smoker: as we steamed the walls to remove the paper, the condensate ran brown down the wall.
This room, however, was relatively clean: with flat, thin, paper which we used as a "liner" and papered over. Ergo, we think, this is the first time it's seen the light of day.

The guess is that, as there were a pair of sprogs, this is one sprog's comment on the other sprog's colour scheme at a subsequent decorating session.
