Distant Congratulations

A little disappointed tonight. We were supposed to go to one of my oldest school friends' wedding this evening but yesterday I did something to to my neck which steadily got worse overnight and today meaning we sadly had to abandon plans.

It would have been lovely to see her at the beginning of the new chapter of her life and I'm genuinely upset we couldn't make it.

Leanne, I hope you and Richard have had the best day and that it reflects your future together. The card is on its way. Let's meet up soon, when I don't feel like such an old man.
