New encroaching on the old

A jaunt through to Glasgow was required today as S had a meeting in GUU for her school's alumni group - she being the chair and all.

After a perk-me-up coffee in Tinderbox we went our separate ways - S to GUU, me to the tube and Buchanan Street for a wander/ blipfest.
In all honesty I was disappointed with my trip round the shops. The Apple Store didn't have anything new I wanted. No iPad's on display to tinker with....and the only other thing I wanted to see was a Magic Mouse and they were all encased in plastic and there were none on display :-(
If I am going to spend £56 on a mouse I want a play with it first!!!

After this I wandered the streets of Glasgow and found many music shops, but none with anything I would have thought of purchasing. I still have a GameStation gift card to use, but this still lies unspent.

Tubing it back to Hillhead I met back up with S and we decided to head home rather than eat in Glasgow - instead going for a Wagamama in Livingston. Mmmm Noodles.
