It's a hard life being a dog.

Drove down to Hydeaway Bay (again) and these two dogs are on the site next to us. They looked so contented sleeping in the sun.
Booked in for 5 nights but when we rang K up in the gemfields to say we would be back this coming Friday, he said - What about Gemfest??
I had goofed......it is the second weekend in August, and I had been thinking it started on the second Thursday, so had the dates wrong.
Anyway, we will leave here on Wednesday, and drive the whole way in one day, ready for me to be the photographer for Gemfest.
Here's hoping I get a ride in the helicopter to photograph it from the air - fingers crossed.
