Blooming lovely

I spent last night doing something I never do.....watching the football!
I found a live stream of the Utd game on YouTube, so watched and prayed that Madrid would win. They didn't, so Utd (and Mr A) are off to Miami later today, where they play Liverpool in the final.

FFS....they could play that here!!!! I'm going stir crazy now waiting, but at least I know for sure that he will be back on Tuesday. He thinks they land back around 3pm, so by the time I get home from work, he should be back too.

The flowers he sent me are now pride of place in the lounge, which meant I needed something else for the table.
Reading the flower care leaflet that came with my bouquet, it mentioned different types of flowers and how best to look after them.
Hydrangea was one of them, which gave me the brainwave to cut a few stems from the garden.

So now I can admire them inside and out!
