Luggage allowance

We knew that we would have some spare weight allowance when we returned from Gozo so it seemed like a good idea to fill it with lemons! Wonderful large Gozo lemons at a fraction of the price we pay here for small ones. So the result is caramelised lemon and ginger marmalade, lemon marmalade and lemon curd - yum!
