Alfie

Another glorious sunny Sunday so I went to the Suffolk Punch Trust at Hollesley this afternoon to check out the foal I last saw and blipped on the 25th May. I was thrilled to find out that the local school children have named him Alfie and the other foal born three days later Aspal.
My grandson Alfie will be over the moon having a Suffolk Punch foal as a name sake and I can feel a return visit with Alfie to meet Alfie will be on the cards soon.
Foal Alfie has grown a lot in nine weeks and he and Aspal were having great fun horsing around in their paddocks while both Mums grazed contentedly.
