The Open Road
The vintage theme continued today with a plethora of vehicles available to blip.
The Historic Commercial Vehicle Society were holding their annual Transpennine run from Manchester to Harrogate, via the Calder Valley. At the same time, going in the opposite direction was the vintage and classic car run organised by the Hebden Bridge Rotary Club event in Calder Holmes Park.
This shot of 1950s and 60s sports cars was taken on the high ground between Cragg Vale and Sowerby village. The white car WWU580 is a 1958 Austin Healey Sprite. I front of it are a couple of MGBs and behind it was a Jaguar E-type
