If you go down to the woods today...........

.....you're sure of a big surprise (thanks Igor for the title inspiration).

This was a very big male bear that we watched from a hide for some time. A wonderful experience to be so close to these amazing creatures. Thankfully these bears are protected from hunting and can roam freely. We were the ones in the cage, our hide for the night, watching in awe. Reminds me when the animals took over in Animal farm!
